Бахилы – чехлы для обуви, позволяющие соблюдать чистоту в помещении. Одноразовые бахилы используют в медицинских и других учреждениях, где важно соблюдать гигиенические нормы. В частности, они применяются в косметических салонах и салонах красоты, на пищевых производствах, химических предприятиях, обязательным условием становится использование бахил в детских учреждениях, где они могут заменить сменную обувь.
Разновидности бахил
Бахилы отличаются по нескольким параметрам, определяющим их свойства и функциональное назначение:
Материал изготовления;
Толщина и текстура;
Способ производства.
В зависимости от материала, бахилы могут быть нетканые и полиэтиленовые.
Полиэтилен – недорогой материал, обладающий высокими барьерными свойствами. Полиэтиленовые бахилы хорошо защищают помещение от попадания грязи с улицы и распространены в повседневной работе самых разных организаций.
Полиэтиленовые бахилы могут быть разной плотности, которая зависит от толщины используемой пленки. Средний показатель равен 20 мкм, при этом изделие весит 1,6-1,8 г. Можно встретить более прочные бахилы, толщиной от 25 до 40 мкм и весом до 4 г.
Свойства полиэтиленовых бахил зависят от того, гладкие они или текстурированные. Гладкие обычно изготовлены из полиэтилена низкого или высокого давления, обеспечивают максимальную прочность и защиту от протекания. Текстурированные предполагают рифленую поверхность полиэтиленовых бахил. Эти изделия изготовлены из хлорированного полиэтилена, они менее прочные, однако обеспечивают лучшее сцепление с полом, что препятствует скольжению.
Также широко используют нетканые бахилы, они актуальны для помещений, где важны не столько барьерные свойства, сколько сохранение стерильности. Для этих целей применяют изделия, произведенные из нетканого полотна – спандбонда. Такие нетканые бахилы относят к средствам индивидуальной защиты, их применяют врачи и персонал в операционных, родильных комнатах, ветеринарных клиниках, научных лабораториях, инфекционных отделениях и т.п.
Особенность нетканых бахил в их прекрасных эксплуатационных характеристиках. В отличие от полиэтиленовых бахил они пропускают воздух, в них ноги чувствуют себя более комфортно. Из этого же нетканого материала производят и бахилы — носки.
Как правило, в производстве одноразовых бахил используется одна из двух технологий:
Машинная пайка;
Ручная пайка.
При ручной пайке резинка надевается на изделие и запаивается вручную, такой способ более трудоемкий, однако качество бахил значительно выше. При машинном производстве два куска резинки склеиваются автоматически, что позволяет снизить себестоимость, однако вероятность разрыва составляет 10-12%, в то время как при ручной сборке колеблется от 1 до 3%. Эти свойства относятся как к нетканым бахилам, так и к полиэтиленовым.
Преимущества использования одноразовых бахил
Применение одноразовых бахил в различных сферах имеет несколько достоинств:
поддержание чистоты в лечебно-профилактическом учреждении;
простота использования;
плотная фиксация на ноге;
доступность и экономичность;
нет необходимости ношения сменной обуви.
Требования к одноразовым бахилам
Чтобы ношение медицинских бахил было максимально простым и удобным, эти изделия должны соответствовать следующим требованиям:
малый вес, но не менее 2 г;
длина 40-50 см;
плотность более 20 мк;
не препятствуют свободному движению;
отсутствие скольжения;
высокая стойкость к истиранию и разрыву;
водоупорность материала не менее 300 мм вод. ст.
Особые виды бахил
Самыми практичными и износостойкими являются многоразовые бахилы. Данные изделия изготовлены из полиэстера и предназначены для эксплуатации в самых разных условиях. Они грязе- и влагонепроницаемы, предполагают возможность стирки.
Преимущества многоразовых бахил:
Повышенная износостойкость;
Экономическая выгода;
Комфорт во время ношения;
Экологичность.
Отдельно можно назвать бахилы — носки. Они изготовлены из спандбода, используются как в медицине, так и в индустрии развлечений, например, в боулинге или прокате роликов или коньков. Эти нетканые бахилы не рвутся, обладают гипоаллергенными свойствами, поэтому комфортны, даже при надевании на голые ноги.
Как выбрать бахилы
Выбор бахил во многом зависит от погоды и времени года. Так, при сухой солнечной погоде вполне достаточно полиэтиленовых бахил класса:
Эконом (толщина 14-17 мкм);
Стандарт (толщина 20-30 мкм).
В дождливую или снежную погоду потребуются уже более надежные изделия:
Экстра-класса – имеют толщину от 30 мкм, при этом относительно недорогие;
Сверхпрочные или особо прочные – имеют толщину от 40 мкм, также могут включать двойную резинку.
При выборе бахил для тех или иных учреждений нужно учитывать проходимость помещений, покрытие полов (насколько они скользкие), а также предполагаемое время ношения.
Бахилы из полиэтилена не пропускают влагу, поэтому отлично защищают помещения от загрязнения. Такие бахилы используются не только в медицинских учреждениях, но и в сфере красоты, пищевой промышленности, в лабораториях, предприятиях различного профиля.
Полиэтиленовые бахилы имеют разную текстуру поверхности. Существуют гладкие и текстурированные бахилы. В отличие от последних, гладкие бахилы плохо сцепляются с полом, поэтому возможно непроизвольное скольжение.
Также полиэтиленовые бахилы различаются по плотности, чем выше плотность, тем выше вероятность того, что медицинские изделия не порвутся при ношении. Наиболее часто используют бахилы с показателем плотности 20 мкм (и весе 1,6-1,8 г). Показатель 25-40 мкм (и вес 4 г.) характерен для бахил усиленной прочности.
Нетканые бахилы изготавливаются из спанбонда. Этот материал хорошо впитывает влагу и удерживает ее внутри ткани, не препятствует свободе движений. Чаще всего нетканые бахилы применяются именно в медицине для поддержания санитарных норм. Нетканые бахилы бывают низкими и высокими. Высокие бахилы используют хирурги для сохранения стерильных условий в операционной. В отличие от низких бахил на резинке, высокие бахилы фиксируются к ноге при помощи завязок.
Нетканые бахилы выбираются в зависимости от размера ноги.
Какие бахилы лучше всего подойдут для индустрии красоты?
Чтобы подобрать оптимальный вариант, необходимо учитывать в первую очередь сезон ношения бахил. Так, для осенне-зимнего периода лучше подойдут прочные полиэтиленовые бахилы с текстурированной поверхностью. Такие бахилы не порвутся от массивной обуви и предотвратят скольжение на кафеле. В весенне-летний период оптимальным вариантом для индустрии красоты становятся более дешевые тонкие бахилы, которые защитят помещение от пыли и влаги.
Не менее важно подобрать правильный размер бахил. Универсальный вариант – бахилы 40*14см, способные растягиваться до 45 размера. Такие бахилы будут одинаково удобны как для обладателей большого размера обуви, так и для ценителей массивных моделей ботинок и туфель.
Если в вашем учреждении поддерживается фирменный стиль, не менее важным станет выбор цвета бахил. На сегодняшний день цветовая палитра, которая используется при изготовлении бахил – огромна. Поэтому подобрать медицинские изделия под свои потребности не составит труда.
Как правило, продажа одноразовых бахил осуществляется оптом. Это удобно и выгодно.
Как использовать бахилы
При надевании бахил нужно следовать простому алгоритму. Изделия могут быть в упаковке или без нее. Чаще всего упаковка представляет собой небольшую капсулу. Если полиэтиленовые бахилы находятся в капсуле, то ее нужно вскрыть и извлечь изделия, расправить и осмотреть на предмет повреждений. Обратите внимание на форму, некоторые бахилы имеют удлинение с одной стороны, именно эту сторону бахилы нужно надеть на носок. Если же они симметричны, то с какой стороны надевать изделия – не имеет значения. После фиксации бахил на носке, растяните их по всей длине и закрепите на пятке. Убедитесь, что бахилы надежно сидят и не спадают.
Во избежание плавления изделий, независимо от того, нетканые это бахилы или ПЭ, старайтесь, чтобы они не взаимодействовали с сильно нагретыми предметами и открытым огнем.
Чтобы снять одноразовые бахилы, их нужно взять пальцами одной руки за чистый участок и стянуть сначала с пятки, потом с носка одной ноги, а потом другой. Использованные ПЭ и нетканые бахилы утилизируются.
Существуют также аппараты, которые значительно упрощают надевание бахил. Для их использования не нужно наклоняться и выполнять действия руками, достаточно поставить ногу на платформу, и аппарат все сделает за вас.
